Went into Nvdia control panel went to manage 3d settings, browse and found gta vice city very easily. Turned vertical sync to "on" and now I get a rEfResHing huehuehuehue 60 fps. Thank you for the quick fix and Yi Xing nice one on the look out Neat, im gonna try this now. 30FPS makes me feel sick after having 60fps+
But the CPU affinity method becomes ineffective after the completion of a mission or two as the mouse will be dead after 15-30 mins playtime of GTA: VC (the mouse's still working outside of GTA Vice City, inspite the same thing is happening sometimes, but not all the time). The mouse will be fucked up during the mission.
